RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

RETURNS:

In accordance with applicable regulations, a customer making a distance purchase has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods without giving a reason and incurring costs.

The deadline to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods expires after 14 days from the day of receipt of the shipment with the goods ordered by you.

The direct costs of returning the good shall be borne by the customer.

Return Instructions:

To use the right of withdrawal from the contract of sale of goods, within 14 days of receipt of the shipment with the goods ordered by you must inform the seller about the decision to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods by an unequivocal statement.

Withdrawal from the contract of sale of the good may occur, among others among others by completing the RETURN FORM available on the Dear Bear online store website.

Return in online store

Fill out the RETURN FORM containing the statement of withdrawal from the contract and send it in the package with the goods to the following address: GUSTAFF, ul.Kilińskiego 228, 93-124 Łódź.

Within 14 days from the day on which you send a statement of withdrawal from the contract of sale of goods and the intention to return ordered goods, please return the goods to the adress:

If possible, please attach proof of purchase and return form or explicit statement of withdrawal from the contract of sale of the good to the shipment, which will greatly facilitate the process of returning the good.

We would like to kindly inform you that the returned goods cannot bear any signs of use. Returned goods should have all tags. In the case of shipping returned goods, please carefully protect the package so that it is not damaged or destroyed in transport.

Reimbursement of payments made by you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the seller) will be made immediately, and in any case not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt by the seller a declaration of withdrawal from the contract of sale of the good.

The refund will be made by the Seller using the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method of return. In any case,

you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

Filing a complaint may take place, among others by completing the COMPLAINT FORM available on the website of the online store.

The seller shall respond to the customer’s complaint within 14 days from the date of submitting the complaint of the good. You will be notified by email about the result of considering the complaint. For the purpose of streamlining the complaint process, the customer should hand over the goods to the seller, together with the complaint form / declaration of the complaint.

The seller informs you about the possibility of using extrajudicial methods of dealing with complaints about goods, .). . .. In the case of a customer who is a consumer wants to use the out-of-court method of redress, there is also the possibility of submitting a complaint via the EU ODR online platform, available at HTTP://EC.EUROPA.EU/CONSUMERS/ODR/. http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
