How quickly will you reply?

We answer emails on business days, usually within 24 hours. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Write to help@dearbear.eu with your order number as soon as possible. As long as the parcel hasn’t left our warehouse, we’ll change or cancel it for you.

Where do I send a return or a complaint?

Complete the Return Form or the Complaint Form and send it with the product to: ul. Kilińskiego 228, 93-124 Łódź, Poland. You can also email a completed complaint form to help@dearbear.eu. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery; complaints are reviewed within 14 days.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. We run a separate wholesale account with its own price list. Write to help@dearbear.eu with your company name and VAT number and we’ll set the account up for you.
